2021 Good Quality Traction Machine - Elevator Gearless&Gearbox Traction Machine THY-TM-26S – Tianhongyi

THY-TM-26S gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the corresponding standards of GB7588-2003 (equivalent to EN81-1:1998), GB/T21739-2008 and GB/T24478-2009. The electromagnetic brake model corresponding to the traction machine is EMFR DC110V/2.1A, which conforms to the EN81-1/GB7588 standard. It is suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 400KG～630KG and an elevator speed of 0.63～2.5m/s. The traction machine is equipped with a thermistor. When the temperature of the traction machine exceeds 70°C, the cooling fan will start; when the temperature exceeds 130°C, the motor overheat protection will start. Our traction machine can provide EnDat2.2 or Sin-Cos encoders. The phase angle of the encoder can be queried in the test report. The test result is based on Fuji inverter.

The hoisting machine is equipped with hoisting rings, and no additional load is allowed. It must be hoisted in the correct way (as shown in the figure) to avoid collision of the traction machine.

Whether it is a machine room elevator or a machine room elevator, our traction machines can be installed and used. When the elevator is arranged, whether the traction machine is installed on the top of the hoistway or the bottom of the hoistway, the installation plane of the frame needs to face the load side (car). 

As shown in the figure: When the traction machine is installed at the bottom of the hoistway, the load side (car) is above the traction machine, and the installation plane of the frame needs to be upward.
