The safety gear linkage rod drives the speed limiter wire rope, and the tension pulley maintains the friction force between the speed limiter wire rope and the speed limiter wheel, so that the speed of the speed limiter wheel is consistent with the car running speed. When the car running speed is greater than or equal to 115% of the rated speed, the speed limiter will act.
