THY-TM-26HS gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the corresponding standards of GB7588-2003 (equivalent to EN81-1:1998), GB/T21739-2008 and GB/T24478-2009. The electromagnetic brake model corresponding to the traction machine is EMFR DC110V/1.9A, which conforms to the EN81-1/GB7588 standard. It is suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 260KG~450KG and an elevator speed of 0.3~1.0m/s. It can provide machines with two configurations of power cord and without power cord.

Every traction machine we provide has passed strict tests. In order to meet the technical requirements, we will consider the actual elevator speed, load, car weight, the presence or absence of compensation chain and wire rope winding ratio, etc. for no-load and load tests. This ensures the normal operation of the elevator. The gearless traction machine does not need to be filled with lubricating oil, and the bearings we choose are maintenance-free. Therefore, there is no need to add lubricating oil for later maintenance.

The brake has been debugged before leaving the factory, and no adjustment is required later. Please take necessary precautions to prevent oil or lubricant from contacting the brake disc. This will cause the braking force to fail and cause serious safety accidents!

When the brake is not energized (Figure 2), the spring inside the brake drives the armature to press the friction disc on the friction surface of the flange to generate braking force. When the brake is energized (Figure 3), the brake generates magnetic force so that the armature overcomes the force of the spring to create a gap of 0.3 to 0.35 mm between the friction disc and the friction surface of the flange. At this time, the traction wheel can be easily turned.
