The electromagnetic brake model corresponding to the traction machine is EMFR DC110V/2.3A, which conforms to the EN81-1/GB7588 standard. It is suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 1150KG～1500KG and an elevator speed of 0.63～2.5m/s. The traction machine must be inspected and tested according to the current standards before and after installation to ensure safety and normal operation. The emergency operation must be performed by reliable electrical equipment, and the brake must be opened during the operation to reduce the speed of the traction sheave as much as possible. Permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine can realize slow brake release operation by short-circuiting the phase wires. The traction sheave should be checked regularly, at least once a year, for the wear of the traction sheave, and the serial number of the traction machine should be provided for replacement if necessary.
