The elevator guide rail frame is used as a support for supporting and fixing the guide rail, and is installed on the hoistway wall or beam. It fixes the spatial position of the guide rail and bears various actions from the guide rail. It is required that each guide rail should be supported by at least two guide rail brackets. Because some elevators are limited by the height of the top floor, only one guide rail bracket is required if the length of the guide rail is less than 800mm. The distance between the guide rail brackets is usually 2 meters, and should not be greater than 2.5 meters. According to the purpose, it is divided into car guide rail bracket, counterweight guide rail bracket and car counterweight shared bracket. There are integral and combined structures. The thickness of the support plate is determined according to the load and speed of the elevator. It is directly made of carbon steel plate. The color is usually black.We can also customize according to your requirements, including colors.
⑴Pre-embedded steel plate, this method is suitable for reinforced concrete hoistway, safe, convenient, strong and reliable. The method is to use 16-20mm thick steel plate pre-embedded into the wall of the hoistway, and the back of the steel plate is welded to the steel bar and the skeleton steel bar is welded firmly. When installing, directly weld the rail bracket to the steel plate.
⑵Buried directly, position the guide rail frame according to the plumb line, and bury the dovetail of the guide rail support directly into the reserved hole or the existing hole, and the buried depth should not be less than 120mm.
