THY-OX-210A progressive safety gear complies with TSG T7007-2016, GB7588-2003+XG1-2015, EN 81-20:2014 and EN 81-50:2014 regulations, and is one of the elevator safety protection devices. It is suitable for passenger elevators with rated speed ≤2.5m/s and rated load ≤1600kg, adopting the structure of disc spring single movable wedge, matching guide rail guide surface width ≤16mm, guide surface hardness <140HBW, Q235 guide rail material, P+ Q The maximum allowable mass is 4000KG. It is mainly composed of a wedge, a safety gear seat, a pulling rod and a pulling mechanism, etc. It is usually installed on the lower beam or counterweight frame of the elevator car. The jaws of the safety gear must be the same as the width of the rail. The safety gear linkage rod drives the speed limiter wire rope, and the tension pulley maintains the friction force between the speed limiter wire rope and the speed limiter wheel, so that the speed of the speed limiter wheel is consistent with the car running speed. When the car running speed is greater than or equal to 115% of the rated speed, the speed limiter will act. The tension block compresses the speed limiter wire rope to stop the operation, and drives the safety gear linkage rod to make the safety gear move, which provides for the safe operation of the elevator. Effective protection, suitable for ordinary indoor working environment.
