2. The car frame is the load-bearing structure of the car. The car’s own weight and load are transferred from the car frame to the traction wire rope. When the safety gear moves or hits the buffer, it will also bear the resulting reaction force, so the car frame must have sufficient strength. The car frame is generally composed of upper beams, lower beams, uprights and tie rods.

3. The weighing device is generally located on the bottom of the car. It is the most basic switch of the car part. When the car moves downward due to the increase in load, the micro switch is triggered to send a signal, so that the elevator door cannot be closed and the elevator cannot be started, and it makes a sound.
