THY-OX-288 instantaneous safety gear complies with TSG T7007-2016, GB7588-2003+XG1-2015, EN 81-20:2014, EN 81-50:2014 and GB21240-2007 regulations, and is one of the elevator safety protection devices . To meet the requirements of the elevator with rated speed ≤ 0.63m/s, it adopts the structure of single wedge and double rollers and is installed on the side of the car. The double lifting linkage rod is equipped with M10 as standard, and M8 is optional. The pliers body is made of 40Cr material, which has sufficient strength and rigidity. In order to increase the friction with the working surface of the guide rail during movement, the roller is made into a fine tooth pattern. The groove of the pliers body and the roller and the guide rail surface maintain a gap of 2 to 3 mm. , When the overspeed governor moves, the roller clamps the guide rail surface until the elevator stops. When the roller safety gear is in motion, it must have a sufficient coefficient of friction and a reasonable inclination to ensure that the roller does not slip during the operation, and finally achieve the role of the wedge to lock the guide rail. The fixed holes of the safety gear seat bottom plate can be selected according to the size of the straight beam of the car to meet the requirements of the hole distance size (see the attached table). Matching guide rail guide surface width 15.88, 16mm, guide surface hardness ≤ 140HBW, Q235A guide rail material, P+Q maximum allowable mass 8500KG. Suitable for ordinary indoor working environment.
