The THY-GS-310F sliding high-speed guide shoe fixes the car on the guide rail so that the car can only move up and down. The upper part of the guide shoe is equipped with an oil cup to reduce the friction between the shoe lining and the guide rail. Each elevator car is equipped with four sets of guide shoes, which are respectively installed on both sides of the upper beam and under the safety gear seat at the bottom of the car; the guide shoes fixed on the car can reciprocate along the fixed guide rail installed on the wall of the building hoistway Lifting movement prevents the car from skewing or swinging during operation. The use of two-point sliding contact between the upper and lower sliders and rubber shock-proof pads, combined with Mitsubishi one-piece shoe lining, reduces the shaking when the elevator car moves up and down, with good stability and comfortable riding. Mainly used for elevators whose rated speed is below 2.0m/s.

(1) Adjust four screws, that is, adjust the gap X1, take X1=1~2mm.

(2) Tighten the adjusting nut to adjust the gap to an appropriate value. The gap can be determined according to the load. For a load> 1000kg, it can be 2.0~2.5mm; for a load ≤ 1000kg, it can be 4~4.5mm.

(3) After installing the guide shoe, return the adjusting nut by half a turn. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
