4. Applicable voltage of door lock: ≤ AC230V, ≤ DC110V.

1. Installation of sill and door cover

1.1. Determine the entry and exit position of the sill according to the size of the hoistway; adjust the center of the sill to be the same as the center of the entrance and exit, and mark the center of the sill; adjust the level of the sill to be less than 1/1000; Surface to prevent water from entering the hoistway.

1.2. Assemble the door cover column and the door cover door with connecting pieces, and install the hanging fixing parts; put the door on the sill, adjust the verticality of the door cover column to be less than 1/1000; the center of the door cover is consistent with the center of the entrance and exits Sill center mark measurement; the size of the lower forehead plane of the door cover and the upper plane of the sill is the net door height. After the adjustment is completed, lock the M8 flange nut. After adjusting the size, fix the column connector to the wall.

1.3. Fix the landing door toe guard on the sill.

2. Installation of landing door device

2.1. Align the upper sill frame of the landing door with the barb at the lower end of the suspension fixing part, and lock the upper sill frame and the suspension fixing part of the landing door through the M8*20 bolt group.

2.2. Fix the upper sill mounting frame on the hoistway wall with expansion bolts or through-wall bolts. The upper sill mounting frame and the landing door upper sill are connected by M8 square neck bolts.

2.3. Adjust the upper sill of the landing door left and right to make the center of the door open and the center of the entrance and exit consistent.

2.4. Adjust the verticality of the floor of the landing door device. Adjust the verticality of the floor of the landing door device to ±0.5mm by laying a vertical line or taking the car door sill as a reference.

2.5 After reviewing the main parameters of the installation of the sill frame on the following floor doors, tighten all the installation bolts:

Height of the upper sill frame of the landing door: the distance between the top surface of the upper sill frame guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the landing door is HH+106mm;

The center of the upper sill frame of the landing door: the deviation between the center of the upper sill frame of the landing door and the center of the entrance and exit is ±1mm;

The distance between the upper sill guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the car door: the distance between the upper sill guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the landing door is 42.5mm, and the distance from the sill of the car door is 72.5mm.

Height of the upper sill frame of the landing door: the distance between the top surface of the upper sill frame guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the landing door is HH+106mm;

The center of the upper sill frame of the landing door: the deviation between the center of the upper sill frame of the landing door and the center of the entrance and exit is ±1mm;

The distance between the upper sill guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the car door: the distance between the upper sill guide rail of the landing door and the sill of the landing door is 42.5mm, and the distance from the sill of the car door is 72.5mm.
