THY-TM-10M gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the relevant regulations of TSG T7007-2016, GB 7588-2003, EN 81-20:2014 and EN 81-50:2014 standards. This type of traction machine is used at an altitude of no more than 1000 meters, and special design is required when it exceeds 1000 meters. The traction ratio is divided into 2:1 and 1:1. 2:1 is suitable for elevator load 1000KG～1250KG, rated speed 1.0～2.5m/s; 1:1 is suitable for elevator load 630KG, rated speed 1.0～2.5m/s, It is recommended that the lift height of the elevator is less than or equal to 120 meters. Before using the traction machine, check whether the structural parts of the traction machine are damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, whether the braking system is flexible, and whether there are signs of moisture; the protection level of the permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine is IP 41. The main power circuit must be powered by a special inverter for permanent magnet synchronous motors, and cannot be directly connected to the three-phase power system. Direct connection may burn the traction machine. The brake model corresponding to the 10M series permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine is FZD12C, and each brake has a CE certificate recognized by the European Union. Based on the safety assessment of the quality assurance system, it meets the basic requirements of the LIFT directive and the harmonized standard EN 81-1 in the design, production, inspection and testing links.
