The expansion bolts for elevators use 8.8 grade, the tensile strength meets the requirements of GB7588, and they are made of stainless steel metal materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, small drilling diameter, high anchoring strength, high expansion coefficient, anti-vibration and heavy load.

1. Choose an alloy drill bit that matches the outer diameter of the expansion bolt, then drill the hole according to the length of the expansion bolt, drill the hole as deep as you need for installation, and then clean the hole.

2. Install the flat washer, spring washer and nut, screw the nut to the bolt and the end to protect the thread, and then insert the inner expansion bolt into the hole.

3. Twist the wrench until the washer and the surface of the fixed object are flush. If there is no special requirement, usually tighten it by hand and then use the wrench to tighten it three to five turns.

1. The drilling depth is preferably about 5mm deeper than the length of the expansion tube.

2. The harder the expansion bolts require on the wall, the better, and the force strength when installed in concrete is five times that of bricks.
