Renewable Design for Geared Traction Elevator - Elevator Gearless Traction Machine THY-TM-S – Tianhongyi Detail:

THY-TM-S gearless permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine complies with the relevant regulations of TSG T7007-2016, GB 7588-2003, EN 81-20:2014 and EN 81-50:2014 standards. The brake model corresponding to the traction machine is PZ300C. Suitable for elevators with a load capacity of 450KG～630KG and a rated speed of 1.0～1.75m/s. The lifting height of the elevator is recommended to be ≤80m. The diameter of the traction sheave is Φ320 for the elevator rated load of 450kg, and the maximum static load of the main shaft is 1400kg; the traction sheave diameter of the elevator for the rated load of 630kg is Φ240.

The ER series permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine must work under the following environmental conditions:

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the altitude exceeds 1000m. The traction machine needs special design, and the user must declare in writing when ordering;

2. The air temperature in the machine room should be kept between +5℃～+40℃;

3. The relative humidity of the air at the operating location should not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and there can be higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, and the monthly average lowest temperature of the wettest month should not exceed +25℃ , The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the month should not exceed 90%. If condensation may occur on the equipment, corresponding measures shall be taken;

4. The ambient air should not contain corrosive and flammable gases;

5. The deviation of grid power supply voltage fluctuation and rated value should not exceed ±7%.
