The design and production of THY-TM-K100 permanent magnet synchronous gearless elevator traction machine comply with “GB7588-2003-Safety Code for Elevator Manufacturing and Installation”, “EN81-1: 1998-Safety Rules for Elevator Construction and Installation”, “GB/ The relevant regulations in T24478-2009-Elevator Traction Machine. It is suitable for elevators with machine room and elevator without machine room. The rated load capacity is 320KG～630KG, the rated speed is 0.5～1.75m/s, and the traction sheave diameter is 320mm. The incision angle of the traction machine can be selected according to the actual working conditions. Adopting advanced design concepts and manufacturing processes, the product has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, low energy consumption, low noise and high efficiency.

• The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

• For indoor use, the ambient air does not contain corrosive and flammable gases.

• The ambient temperature should be kept between 0-40°C.

• The monthly average value of the relative humidity of the environment is no more than 90%. At the same time, the monthly average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25°C.

• The diameter of the traction wire rope is less than one fortieth of the diameter of the traction wheel, and the surface must not be coated with lubricant and other debris.

• The traction machine must be powered by the control cabinet and closed-loop controlled, and its rated parameters are subject to the traction machine nameplate.

• The fluctuation of the power supply voltage of the control cabinet power supply does not exceed ±7% from the rated value.
