The lifting height of the elevator is recommended to be ≤80m. The ER series permanent magnet synchronous elevator traction machine must work under the following environmental conditions:

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the altitude exceeds 1000m. The traction machine needs special design, and the user must declare in writing when ordering;

2. The air temperature in the machine room should be kept between +5℃～+40℃;

3. The relative humidity of the air at the operating location should not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and there can be higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, and the monthly average lowest temperature of the wettest month should not exceed +25℃ , The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the month should not exceed 90%. If condensation may occur on the equipment, corresponding measures shall be taken;

4. The ambient air should not contain corrosive and flammable gases;

5. The deviation of grid power supply voltage fluctuation and rated value should not exceed ±7%.
