The THY-GS-310F sliding high-speed guide shoe fixes the car on the guide rail so that the car can only move up and down. (1) Adjust four screws, that is, adjust the gap X1, take X1=1~2mm.

(2) Tighten the adjusting nut to adjust the gap to an appropriate value. The gap can be determined according to the load. For a load> 1000kg, it can be 2.0~2.5mm; for a load ≤ 1000kg, it can be 4~4.5mm.

(3) After installing the guide shoe, return the adjusting nut by half a turn. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
