This guide shoe is mainly composed of shoe lining, shoe seat, oil cup holder, compression spring and rubber parts. The shoe seat has sufficient strength and rigidity, and has good vibration damping. The shoe seat is usually made of gray cast iron; because the plate welding structure is simple to manufacture, the plate welding structure is also commonly used. The boot lining has different widths of 9-16mm, which is convenient for users to choose according to the width of the guide rail. It is made of highly wear-resistant polyurethane. In order to improve the sliding performance and reduce the friction between the shoe lining and the guide rail, lubricating oil is required, so there is a bracket for placing the oil cup on the guide shoe. The lubricating oil in the oil box is evenly coated on the working surface of the guide rail through the felt to achieve the purpose of automatic lubrication.

Guide shoe adjustment method

Before installing the guide shoe, first screw the adjusting nut so that the gap X between the bracket and the rubber pad is 1mm. After installing the guide shoe, loosen the adjusting nut so that the gap Y between the adjusting nut and the bracket surface is about 2~4mm. At this time, the gap X is also Should be between 1~2.5mm. Then tighten the fastening nut. After adjusting according to the previous steps, you can observe the tightness of the guide shoes by shaking the car appropriately, that is, keep the guide shoes and the guide rails in basic contact, but not too tight. At the same time, the installation state of the guide shoe can be fine-tuned according to the guide shoe-guide rail coordination state at this time.
